With the holidays just around the corner (and being in the middle of Chanukah), the classic red lip is back to stay. So, what is the best red lipstick? With so many choices on the market, it can be hard to decide which one is worth your hard-earned cash. Without further a-do, I will give you a list of the best red lipsticks in my opinion, organized by formula.
Liquid Lipsticks
Liquid lipsticks have been all the rage this year. If you are behind on the trend: liquid lipsticks are initially formatted like a pigmented lip gloss (packaging, formulation, etc.) but after about 30 seconds of applying, the formula becomes a matte lip stain. You can eat (minus oily foods), drink, kiss, etc. with these babies and they won’t budge! For a red lip, this is probably my favorite formula because the classic red lip needs to stay flawless and not budge/feather throughout the day so your bombshell babe look lasts.

Traditional Creme Lipsticks
These are just your traditional tube lipsticks. In this section I will provide examples of different finishes.

These are a bit more sheer for those a bit scared to go all out with the bright red. Trust me, I understand.
